Day 11 - Something Blue

Little Bug & I went to the zoo on Sunday. Just the two of us. On our way to see the lizards and snakes, we saw this pretty blue macaw. LB calls them all parrots, of course :)

Day 3 - Clouds

Day 3 of the challenge was almost a no-go for me. By the time I got off work, the sky was grey - no clouds to be seen, it was all just one big cloud cover! But as I passed over the mountain I found the setting sun, and with it a lovely break in the cloud cover.

Day 2 - What I wore today

Here it is - everything I wore today, from my jeans & sweats to my towel & turbie twist. If only it would all fit in my hamper; yes, I believe it is time to do some laundry.

Day 1 - A Self Portrait

Day 1 was actually yesterday, and I did take the picture yesterday, but am just getting around to blogging it. It was a lazy day; we still had our pajamas on at 4:30. If I hadn't needed to go to the store for canned biscuits for chicken & dumplings, I probably would have never changed into my clothes.

This was taken with my iPhone, using the Hipstamatic app. I want to try and use my "real" camera for this challenge, but it's just so much easier sometimes to grab my phone and upload pics immediately....

30 Day Photography Challenge

Some friends and I decided to do a 30 day photography challenge. The challenge for me, as usual, is following through. I think it is going to be fun though, and I am looking forward to taking some interesting shots, and seeing everyone else's work!
